Stop lens fungus before it starts.
Mold grows inside lenses and camera bodies in as little as 48 hours above 60% RH. A ABMCDC dry cabinet holds a steady 40–50% RH — the range professionals trust to keep coatings, sensors and electronics pristine.

Humidity is the #1 silent killer of camera gear
Fungus etches coatings, haze fogs glass, and electronics corrode. In coastal and tropical climates, it happens without warning — especially during monsoon and rainy seasons.
- Lens fungus and coating haze at RH above 60%
- Sensor corrosion and electronic failure in damp storage
- Strap, case and battery damage from trapped moisture
Match the cabinet to your kit

Wet filament ruins prints. Dry filament prints clean.
Nylon, PETG and TPU absorb moisture from the air — that's where strings, blobs and weak layers come from. Store spools in an ABMCDC cabinet at 20–30% RH and print straight from the spool.

Moisture is why your prints suddenly look bad
Every spool of hygroscopic filament pulls moisture from the air between prints. The fix isn't just drying once — it's keeping filament at low RH, always.
- Stringing, blobs and surface roughness from wet filament
- Brittle parts and weak layer adhesion
- Poppling and steam inside the nozzle at print time
Keep 4 to 12 spools dry and ready

A cigar is a living thing. Give it a stable home.
Real flavor needs 65–72% RH and a steady temperature. ABMCDC cigar cabinets hold that band automatically — no Boveda refills, no anxiety, just consistently perfect draws.

Fluctuating humidity destroys what aging builds
Too dry and wrappers crack; too wet and mold takes over. A climate-controlled cabinet keeps the environment stable so your collection keeps maturing instead of degrading.
- Wrappers crack and burn unevenly below 60% RH
- Mold and ammonia taste above 75% RH
- Temperature swings cause condensation inside the box
From a box of 50 to a collection of 500

Your guitar is wood. Wood needs 45–50% RH.
Dry air cracks tops and necks. Humid air swells panels and lifts bridges. An ABMCDC instrument cabinet holds 45–50% RH year-round — the range luthiers recommend — so your tone stays alive.

Cracks, warps and buzzing frets are humidity damage
Guitars respond to every swing in relative humidity. In winter the wood dries and shrinks; in monsoon it swells and the action changes. A stable cabinet ends the cycle.
- Top cracks and fret sprout in dry winter air
- Buzzing strings and action changes from panel swelling
- Bridge lifting and glue failure in high humidity
One guitar or a full family of instruments

Plain-English guides on humidity, mold, and gear care — written by the people who build dry cabinets for a living.

How to Prevent Lens Fungus: A Photographer's Humidity Guide
The RH numbers that matter, warning signs, and the storage routine pros use.
Read the guide →
Lens fungus starts when a camera dry cabinet is left above 60% RH for days. Coatings haze, glass etches and the repair bill is often more than the lens. A camera dry cabinet set to 40–50% RH keeps coatings, sensors and electronics safe. For a full studio kit, choose 68L–102L; for one body and a couple of lenses, 25L is enough. Check humidity monthly and wipe the door seal — that is the whole routine.

Filament Dry Box vs Dryer — and the Storage Humidity Table
Target RH for PLA, PETG, TPU, Nylon; what "dry enough" really means.
Read the guide →
A filament dry box stores spools at low RH so you can print straight from the box, while a dryer heats filament to pull moisture out before printing. Hygroscopic materials — Nylon, PETG, TPU — absorb water from the air within days. Keep a filament dry box at 20–30% RH for Nylon and TPU, 30–40% for PLA. DIY builders often convert a filament dry box from an airtight cereal container; a proper cabinet adds automatic humidity control, shelves and a glass door.

Cigar Storage 101: Temperature, Humidity and Aging
Why 65–72% RH matters, and how climate cabinets keep it stable.
Read the guide →
A cigar humidor cabinet keeps wrappers from cracking, mold from spreading and flavor from flattening. Target 65–72% RH with temperature around 18°C; swings above 75% RH cause mold and ammonia taste, below 60% RH wrappers dry out. Electric cigar humidor cabinets hold the band automatically with compressor or semiconductor control. Wholesale buyers ordering cigar humidor cabinets by container can have cedar shelves, capacity and logo customized OEM.

Guitar Humidity Guide: Cracks, Warps and the Safe RH Range
How wood reacts to humidity swings and what 45–50% RH protects.
Read the guide →
A guitar humidity cabinet holds 45–50% RH year-round, the range luthiers recommend. Below 40% RH tops crack and frets sprout; above 60% RH panels swell, the bridge lifts and glue fails. Acoustic and solid-wood guitars are most sensitive, so keep one in a humidity controlled guitar cabinet through winter and monsoon seasons. For shops and studios, a 132L–185L double-door cabinet stores several instruments at once.

Storing Documents, Stamps, Coins and Electronics
Long-term RH targets for archives, collections and valuables.
Read the guide →
Paper, photographs and stamps need 40–50% RH; coins and metals 30–40% to avoid tarnish; documents stored damp grow foxing within weeks. A moisture proof cabinet with a semiconductor core holds the set value automatically with no chemicals or consumables. Archives, labs and electronics workshops use larger cabinets — the same 25L to 1000L range covers a shoebox of negatives up to a server room.

Relative Humidity Explained: Why Your Gear Gets Wet Inside
What RH means, how dew point works, and why cabinets beat desiccants.
Read the guide →
Relative humidity is how much water the air holds compared with its maximum at that temperature. Warm air holds more moisture, so when warm humid air meets a cold surface it hits the dew point and condenses — inside your camera, your amplifier or your case. Desiccant packets absorb a fixed amount and must be replaced; an electronic dry cabinet measures the RH and dehumidifies until the set value, then switches off. That is why cabinets beat packets for anything you store long-term.
Quick answers for buyers
What humidity level should a dry cabinet maintain?
Set 40–50% RH for cameras, lenses and electronics, 20–30% for 3D filament, 45–50% for wooden instruments and 65–72% for cigars. All ABMCDC models adjust within 25–99% RH.
How much electricity does an ABMCDC cabinet use?
Around 6W on standard models — roughly 3 kWh per month. Dehumidification stops automatically once the set RH is reached.
What size dry cabinet do I need?
A 25L cabinet fits one camera body plus 1–2 lenses. Choose 35–50L for a full kit, 65–100L for multiple systems, and 132–185L+ for studios, shops or collections. The full range runs 25L to 1000L.
Why an electronic cabinet instead of desiccant packets?
A semiconductor core holds the exact RH you set and switches off automatically — no packets to replace, no over-drying, no chemicals. It keeps a stable environment 24/7.
Can I order with my own brand?
Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. Custom color, capacity, logo, packaging and control-panel language are available. MOQ and FOB quotes by model and destination.
Do you ship by container?
Yes. We ship by 20'/40' container and LCL worldwide. Request the packing list and FOB quote for your destination port.
